Nine Lives Yoga’s Yoga Rave is coming back to Brighton
on Saturday July 30th 2016, 6.00 -10.00pm
Celebrate life, breath and connection - as well as some serious bass – at Hove’s stunning All Saints Church.
Nine Lives Yoga Rave is where music and yoga unite. Yoga lovers experience the rhythm of the bass, and bass lovers experience the rhythm of the breath. Sound healing frequencies clear our auric field energetically while a human mandala yoga practice of 300 yogi's all moving and flowing together in concentric circles creates a totally unique event of epic proportions. Shamanic music melds with tech house and funky bootlegs to make you want to wiggle that ass! And when the dancing is over we flow into partner yoga and a deep meditation to close.
This one is a life changer folks, don't miss it.
The yoga flow is designed to be suitable for all levels, and incorporates social yoga group flows, into dynamic hatha and vinyasa flow styles, and builds up into a vital danza dance party with festival vibes, performers and lots of UV and LED so get your glows on! If you want a wander about then you can have mini massage in the therapy zone hosted by the Float Spa, or sup on a smoothie and nibble on delicious raw chocolates provided by Lucy's Lushious raw chocolates.
Our Yoga Ambassadors of Light welcome you, as some of the most reputable yoga teachers in Brighton collaborate together with Cat Duval leading the flow.
Cat Duval will lead us into a deep heart centred space together joined this time by Into Unity who will raise the vibration with their light work energy healing hosted by Keith and Kyla.
We welcome back sound healing musical scientist Sonic Enchantment and tech house legend Lu:sid to provide our musical journey throughout the night.
Party energiser Ama Zee will also be offering her unique brand of Vital Danza to guide us in the dance, as the basslines build and the energy rises as we rave our toe sox off in this stunning space together.
Together with Magnus Agugu providing his famous African Rhythms Massage for you all
Walkabout performers, face painters and the amazing Brighton Acroyoga Community who are offering an Acroyoga jam for anyone who wants to try this amazing practice (see pic below).
