About Us

Classes

Cat Duval teaches with a style that explores the psychology of yogic principles as well as the experience in ourselves. We explore physical asana, mental listening and clarity and encourage emotional discernment and balance both on the mat and off the mat.  Cat brings an open, fun and playful attitude to her classes as well as a profound curiosity into the 'how' and the 'why' of our yoga explorations. She is trained in a multitude of schools from Hatha Yoga (Ayurvedic Hospital, Kerala, India), to partner yoga (Unity and Rainbow kids and partner yoga) and Acroyoga (Acroyoga International) as well as NLP and Mindfulness meditation, she was also a youth worker and has worked all over the world running workshops, retreats and projects and brings all this inspiration to her teaching.
